Jordan Tielmann is the owner of Noble Oak Safety & Training and NJ Crane Expert, taking leadership of the companies in 2020. With a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, Jordan brought her passion for events and hospitality to support her husband Hans’s commitment to tree care and safety. Together, they have built industry-leading training programs focused on quality, professionalism, and safety.

Jordan is a TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP) as well as an NCCER Primary Administrator, Proctor, and Practical Examiner. She is also certified in all mobile cranes, further underscoring her commitment to advancing safety and education in the industry. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are instrumental in the success of both companies, ensuring every training session and event is executed to the highest standards. Participants may meet her not only behind the scenes but also in the classroom, where she plays an active role in supporting the mission of safety and excellence.
